A reach truck earns its place the moment you decide to go vertical. Two numbers decide almost everything: your top beam height and your aisle width. Give us those plus the load weight up at height, and we can match the mast and residual capacity properly. The classic mistake is reading only the headline capacity. A truck rated at two tonnes on the floor may carry noticeably less once the mast is fully extended, and that derating at the top beam is exactly what trips people up.

Floors and aisles matter more than people expect

A reach truck is at its best on flat, smooth concrete. If your Abu Dhabi facility mixes a polished warehouse with a rougher yard, be honest with yourself about where the truck will really spend its day. These are indoor specialists — pushing one across broken yard surfaces wears it out quickly, and for genuinely mixed duty we will usually point you toward a different machine.
