The Soosung SRT Series 4WD rough terrain forklift is designed to operate where conventional forklifts cannot. With large, deep-tread terrain tyres, high ground clearance, and selectable 2WD/4WD drive, the SRT Series delivers confident traction across mud, gravel, sand, and uneven outdoor surfaces.
Two models — SRT30×4 (3.0 t) and SRT35×4 (3.5 t) — share a powerful HATZ 4H50TIC 4-cylinder diesel engine producing 54.9 kW, paired with a hydraulic 3/2 forward-reverse transmission. A standard 3,000 mm lift height with a wide range of mast options, plus a heavy-duty chassis and service weights up to 5,900 kg, make the SRT Series ideal for demanding off-road material handling.

When you genuinely need rough terrain, and when you don’t
A rough terrain forklift is built for ground a normal warehouse truck would bog down on — construction sites, gravel and sand yards, uneven hardstanding, and outdoor storage that turns rough after a season of heavy use. Big pneumatic tyres, ground clearance and a torquey diesel engine are what let the SRT work where a cushion-tyre truck simply cannot.
It is also easy to over-buy. If your outdoor work is really a paved yard with the odd ramp, a standard pneumatic-tyre forklift will cost less and do the job. The SRT earns its premium when the surface is genuinely broken — active construction, landscaping suppliers, or remote site compounds out in the desert.
