What sits behind the numbers
Within each band, four things set your exact figure. Capacity: a 3 tonne forklift costs more per month than a 1.5 tonne. Mast and lift height: taller masts cost more to supply and maintain. Battery: lithium machines carry a higher rate but run longer days without a swap. Contract length: a twelve month commitment gets a better monthly figure than three months, because the machine stays earning instead of moving between sites.
Notice that a reach truck can rent for less per month than a counterbalance electric forklift. That surprises people, but it reflects how the machines get used: reach trucks live inside racking aisles doing one job, while a rented counterbalance forklift tends to work harder across more of the site.
What the rate includes
Every rental includes preventive maintenance, safety inspections and prompt servicing, so a breakdown is our problem to fix, not a bill you were not expecting. You put the operator on the seat and the machine to work. If a truck cannot be repaired quickly, we sort out the replacement.
Rent or buy?
The honest arithmetic: an electric forklift rented at AED 4,500 a month costs about AED 54,000 a year. A new one starts from AED 60,000 to buy. So if the work is permanent and the machine runs daily, buying usually wins inside eighteen months. Renting wins when the work is seasonal, a contract might not renew, or you want to learn what a machine actually does all day before committing. The same logic applies to reach trucks.
